HOWTO send an email message to a group without showing all the names/addresses
The simplest way which is supported by all email applications is to put the addresses of the people you are sending to into the "Bcc" (Blind carbon copy) field of the message you are sending. You can also put a pre-made list of names (supported by most email programs) into the Bcc field. Put your own name into the "To" field since all email programs require that this field be filled. When the recipient looks at the message all they will see is your name in the "To:" field. They will not see their own name or the names of the other people the message has been sent to.
